In the Subscription Properties dialog, if you click the Source tab and then click Refresh and no list of source tables appears, you may have exceeded the maximum number of connections to the source. The Data Replicator waits up to 60 seconds for the source connection that it needs to display the available source tables. After that time, the operation is canceled and an error message appears. You can adjust the maximum number of source connections from the Advanced Source Properties.
To decrease the possibility that idle pooled connections may prevent Data Replicator from establishing active connections to other sources or destinations, you can reduce the Time Limit settings on the Connection Pools tab of the Server Properties dialog, and you can reduce Maximum Connection Pool Size settings in the Advanced Source Properties and Advanced Destination Properties.
